Before getting started:
- Read the technical requirements
- Set up an Oracle Server (32-bit or 64-bit)
- Setup a transactional database for the Oracle Spatial database
- Install the Oracle 11g 32-bit Client at the desktop
- Test that the 32-bit client can successfully access the transactional database

Technical Requirements are documented in the readme_installation.chm which is unpacked to the BentleyDownloads installation files folder. The default path to installation files is C:\BentleyDownloads\UtilitiesDesigner08.11.09.XX.
